No Bid may be withdrawn under any circumstances and the Company/Seller does not bind himself to accept the highest Bid or any other Bid placed in the course of the Online Auction Sale. All lots are sold as seen . It is assumed that all bidders have viewed lots to their satisfaction prior to bidding. No allowance of any kind whatsoever will be made as a result of failure to view. We strongly advise bidders not to bid on any lot if they have not viewed to their satisfaction first. Please Read Prior to Bidding - Important Information - Reserves & Invoices Please Note: After the end of the auction and when the final auction lot has closed by SIA Group Asset Ingenuity Limited, all bids will be reviewed. Lots that did not meet their reserve may appear on your subsequent invoice which will be sent shortly after the auction has closed. Please remember when you bid - You bid to buy, which should be considered when bidding on several of the same items. Reserves prices may not have been met at the time of you placing your bid however these can be subject to change. Therefore, please refer to the 'My Account' section of the platform as this will list the items you have won, alternatively refer to the invoice that will be sent after the auction has closed to see precisely which lots you have been successful in bidding on. Please do not send your payment for lots before you have received & reviewed your invoice. Please check your Junk Email Folder as sometimes our invoices can get filtered through to Junk mail even if the winners notification is successfully delivered. Please Read Prior to Bidding ~ Important Information - Buyer Obligations Please Note: Bidders who fail to complete their transaction for their invoice by the payment deadline stated within the Important Information and collecting their Lots in the Clearance period will be reported to the platform hosts and will be subject to platform-wide suspension or a ban of all current and future accounts created unless outstanding invoices are settled and lots removed from site. Non-payment does not automatically lead to your invoice being forfeited as all bids made are legally binding as per our standard terms and conditions of sale to which all bidders agree to pre auction sign up. Legal action to recover amounts per outstanding invoices will be taken. The platform hosts make audit trails available, we are able to see all bidder activity across each lot. Do not bid unless you aim to complete your transaction(s) in the auction-specified time frame.
